1. 服務範圍
Sakurience（以下簡稱「我們」或「公司」）提供高端日本旅行策劃和禮賓服務，包括但不限於：
- 餐廳和文化體驗預訂
- 住宿安排
- 私人導覽和交通
- 客製化行程設計
- 24/7禮賓支援
2. 服務協議
2.1 協議接受
使用我們的服務即表示您同意本服務條款。如果您不同意這些條款，請勿使用我們的服務。
2.2 服務確認
所有服務需經我們書面確認後方可生效。我們保留接受或拒絕任何服務請求的權利。
3. 預訂和付款
3.1 預訂流程
- 諮詢：初步討論您的需求和偏好
- 提案：我們提供客製化行程提案和報價
- 確認：您確認行程並支付訂金
- 執行：我們安排所有預訂和細節
3.2 付款條款
- 訂金：確認服務需支付30%訂金
- 尾款：出發前30天支付剩餘70%
- 付款方式：銀行轉帳、信用卡
- 貨幣：HKD、JPY、USD
3.3 價格
所有價格均以港幣（HKD）報價，除非另有說明。價格包含我們的服務費、預訂費用和協調成本。
4. 取消和退款政策
4.1 客戶取消
- 出發前61天或以上：退還已付總額的80%
- 出發前31-60天：退還已付總額的50%
- 出發前30天或以內：不予退款
注：所有退款將扣除已產生的不可退還第三方費用（如已確認的餐廳訂金、酒店預付款等）。
4.2 不可抗力
因自然災害、政治動盪、疫情等不可抗力因素導致的取消，我們將協助重新安排或提供部分退款（扣除已產生的不可退還費用）。
4.3 我們的取消權利
如遇以下情況，我們保留取消服務的權利並全額退款：
- 無法確保關鍵預訂
- 安全或健康風險
- 客戶違反本條款
5. 客戶責任
5.1 準確資訊
您必須提供準確完整的資訊，包括護照詳情、飲食限制、健康狀況等。
5.2 行為準則
您同意：
- 尊重日本文化和習俗
- 遵守所有當地法律法規
- 尊重我們的合作夥伴和服務提供者
- 準時出席所有預訂
5.3 旅行文件
您負責確保擁有有效的護照、簽證和旅行保險。
6. 責任限制
6.1 服務性質
我們作為旅行策劃者和協調者，不直接提供交通、住宿或餐飲服務。我們對第三方服務提供者的行為不承擔責任。
6.2 賠償限制
我們的總責任不超過您為相關服務支付的費用。我們不對間接、特殊或後果性損失負責。
6.3 旅行保險
我們強烈建議購買全面的旅行保險，包括取消、醫療和個人責任保險。
7. 知識產權
我們的行程設計、推薦和專有資訊受知識產權保護。未經書面許可，您不得複製、分發或商業使用這些資訊。
8. 保密性
雙方同意對通過本服務獲得的所有機密資訊保密。詳見我們的隱私政策。
9. 爭議解決
9.1 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
9.2 仲裁
任何爭議應首先通過友好協商解決。如無法解決，應提交香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）進行仲裁。
10. 條款修改
我們保留隨時修改本條款的權利。重大變更將提前30天通知。繼續使用服務即表示接受修改後的條款。

1. Scope of Services
Sakurience ("we" or "the Company") provides luxury Japan travel planning and concierge services, including but not limited to:
- Restaurant and cultural experience reservations
- Accommodation arrangements
- Private tours and transportation
- Bespoke itinerary design
- 24/7 concierge support
2. Service Agreement
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2.2 Service Confirmation
All services are subject to our written confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- Consultation: Initial discussion of your needs and preferences
- Proposal: We provide a bespoke itinerary proposal and quote
- Confirmation: You confirm the itinerary and pay the deposit
- Execution: We arrange all bookings and details
3.2 Payment Terms
- Deposit: 30% deposit required to confirm services
- Balance: Remaining 70% due 30 days before departure
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card
- Currency: HKD, JPY, USD
3.3 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include our service fees, booking costs, and coordination expenses.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Client Cancellation
- 61 days or more before departure: 80% refund of total payments made
- 31-60 days before departure: 50% refund of total payments made
- 30 days or less before departure: No refund
Note: All refunds will be subject to deduction of non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (such as confirmed restaurant deposits, hotel prepayments, etc.).
4.2 Force Majeure
For cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will assist with rescheduling or provide a partial refund (minus non-refundable costs incurred).
4.3 Our Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel services and provide a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Inability to secure critical reservations
- Safety or health risks
- Client breach of these terms
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information, including passport details, dietary restrictions, and health conditions.
5.2 Code of Conduct
You agree to:
- Respect Japanese culture and customs
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
- Treat our partners and service providers with respect
- Attend all bookings punctually
5.3 Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Nature of Services
We act as travel planners and coordinators. We do not directly provide transportation, accommodation, or dining services. We are not liable for the actions of third-party service providers.
6.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
6.3 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation, medical, and personal liability coverage.
7. Intellectual Property
Our itinerary designs, recommendations, and proprietary information are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use this information without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information obtained through these services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
9.2 Arbitration
Any disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Sakurience（以下「当社」）は、高級日本旅行プランニングとコンシェルジュサービスを提供します。サービス内容は以下を含みますが、これに限定されません：

- オーダーメイドの旅程デザイン
- 24時間365日のコンシェルジュサポート
2. サービス契約
2.1 規約の承諾
当社のサービスを利用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、サービスをご利用にならないでください。
2.2 サービスの確認
すべてのサービスは当社の書面による確認が必要です。当社はサービスリクエストの承諾または拒否の権利を留保します。
3. 予約と支払い
3.1 予約プロセス
- 相談：お客様のニーズと好みについての初期相談
- 提案：オーダーメイドの旅程提案と見積もりを提供
- 確認：旅程を確認し、デポジットをお支払いいただきます
- 実行：すべての予約と詳細を手配します
3.2 支払い条件
- デポジット：サービス確定に30%のデポジットが必要
- 残金：出発の30日前までに残り70%をお支払い
- 支払い方法：銀行振込、クレジットカード
- 通貨：HKD、JPY、USD
3.3 価格
特に明記されていない限り、すべての価格は香港ドル（HKD）で表示されます。価格には当社のサービス料、予約費用、調整コストが含まれます。
4. キャンセルと返金ポリシー
4.1 お客様によるキャンセル
- 出発の61日以上前：お支払い済み総額の80%を返金
- 出発の31－60日前：お支払い済み総額の50%を返金
- 出発の30日以内：返金なし
注：すべての返金は、すでに発生した返金不可の第三者費用（確定済みのレストランデポジット、ホテル前払い金など）を差し引いた金額となります。
4.2 不可抗力
自然災害、政治的混乱、パンデミックなどの不可抗力によるキャンセルの場合、再スケジュールのお手伝いをするか、部分返金（発生した返金不可の費用を差し引いた額）を提供します。
4.3 当社のキャンセル権
以下の場合、当社はサービスをキャンセルし、全額返金する権利を留保します：
- 重要な予約を確保できない場合
- 安全または健康上のリスク
- お客様による本規約違反
5. お客様の責任
5.1 正確な情報
パスポート詳細、食事制限、健康状態など、正確かつ完全な情報を提供する必要があります。
5.2 行動規範
お客様は以下に同意します：
- 日本の文化と習慣を尊重する
- すべての現地法規を遵守する
- 当社のパートナーとサービス提供者を尊重する
- すべての予約に時間通りに出席する
5.3 旅行書類
有効なパスポート、ビザ、旅行保険を所持することはお客様の責任です。
6. 責任の制限
6.1 サービスの性質
当社は旅行プランナーおよびコーディネーターとして機能します。交通、宿泊、食事サービスを直接提供するものではありません。第三者サービス提供者の行為については責任を負いません。
6.2 責任の上限
当社の総責任は、お客様が関連サービスに対して支払った料金を超えないものとします。間接的、特別、または結果的損害については責任を負いません。
6.3 旅行保険
キャンセル、医療、個人賠償責任を含む包括的な旅行保険の購入を強くお勧めします。
7. 知的財産権
当社の旅程デザイン、推奨事項、独自情報は知的財産権によって保護されています。書面による許可なく、この情報を複製、配布、商業利用することはできません。
8. 機密保持
両当事者は、本サービスを通じて取得したすべての機密情報の機密性を維持することに同意します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
9. 紛争解決
9.1 準拠法
本規約は香港特別行政区の法律に準拠します。
9.2 仲裁
紛争はまず友好的な交渉を通じて解決されるべきです。解決できない場合、香港国際仲裁センター（HKIAC）に提出されるものとします。
10. 規約の変更
当社はいつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更は30日前に通知されます。サービスの継続利用は、変更された規約の承諾を構成します。
